Born a stone’s throw away from Avignon, I grew up fascinated by the world beyond. The sight of the broken bridge across Le Rhône river instilled in me the belief that if you don’t look after nature, it decays and becomes dysfunctional.
As an only child, I sought friends wherever I could, and I was always looking for life in living things. When I moved to a village surrounded by nature, I discovered that I had more friends than I could ever have imagined.
The Funky Four is the story of a group of friends growing up in Waterbeach. They love its historical heritage and want to preserve it - even if it requires them to turn into amateur sleuths and find the people who are messing with it.
